I’ve been taking strength, agility & speed training for more than 5 years. When I’m not taking regularly scheduled sessions I still workout on my own. I go with my sister, Ava to workout and run at Sport & Health almost every day that I don’t have another sporting activity.
I take health supplements as directed. I also drink protein shakes and meal replacement shakes almost every day. Real protein shakes not the sugar & fruit filled shakes.
